Yilan Snacks @ YiShunXuan 奕順軒

If you are looking to purchase some Yilan snacks, or if you are a huge bread lover, this is the place you MUST come to. The bread above is simply awesome, and you can also purchase several different types of snacks from there. We sampled a number of them and will be ordering online before we head home. They will deliver to where you are and it's free if you spend above a certain amount. A great find!

Look out for their purple sign. Sorry for the blur photo. I was standing in the middle of the narrow road and traffic was crazy that night. Haha.

Dongmen NIght Market

This is a small night market located ~10minutes walk from Yilan Train Station. It's a good place to grab your last dinner in Yilan before heading to anywhere else. There isn't much shopping to do here, and apart from some game stations, it is mainly the food that people come for.

Probability of return: Definitely, since there is not much to be done in Yilan at night

Not the usual bustling night markets you find in Taipei, but honestly Yilan does not have much of a nightlife so perhaps coming to this place for some night snacks and get yourself warmed up would be a very good option. The close proximity to train station gives it a huge plus too.
