Miaokou 廟口 Night Market

One of my favourite Night Markets in Taiwan so far. Too bad it's in 新台北 and takes some time to travel from here. They have most of what other markets have (and more), good variety, good organization, and most importantly, the best tasting food to my taste buds.

The legendary lanterns that light the stretch with the best food.

Must try their crabmeat glutinous rice and soup

Cuttlefish - chewy!

She pokes a hole in the middle of these fried buns and adds sauces in them. A really special way of eating this!

Butter crab

Mango ice. Smooth, not too sweet. Perfect for a summer treat.

Only 7 NTD for each sausage. Juicy, sweet, and a little peppery.

Whole lot of games for kids (and you too, if you wish to)
